Delivery to an address of your choice.
We have a standard delivery charge of £4.99 regardless of the size of the order.
If the value of the order is over £100 then delivery is free of charge.
All orders can take up to 10 working days to complete, depending on the items ordered. You will receive an email to notify you when your order is complete on the email address you have provided, (please check junk boxes if you feel you have missed some correspondence). Once you receive this email please allow another 2-5 working days for delivery of your order. We use a secure courier who will require a signature on delivery. The courier has been instructed not to leave the parcel in a safe place and must always obtain a signature. Ensure to choose a delivery address where a parcel can be taken in securely.
If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel securely a calling card will be left to let you know another attempt will be made. A second failed attempt may result in the parcel being returned to store. In this instance it will be necessary to charge again for another delivery attempt or the parcel can be collected.
In-store Collection
We will send you an email as soon as your order is complete. Once you receive the email please make your way to the store to collect your order. Please note you must wait for the “your order is complete” email before trying to collect your order. (check junk boxes if you feel you have missed some correspondence). Please make sure you have your web order number and the correct name that the order was placed under when collecting your parcel as we may not be able to provide you with the parcel if the details don’t match.
Part Delivery/Collection
If part of your order is ready for collection/delivery but an item/items will be out of stock for a significant amount of time we will contact you directly to discuss.
School Collection – Only available for students attending schools that have decided to facilitate this service.
This service is free of charge and deliveries will be made fortnightly, usually arriving at the school every other Thursday where possible. Please note that using this option may result in an increased delivery time (depending on when the order is placed in regards to the scheduled delivery dates).
You will receive tracking information via the email address provided once your order has been despatched. Please ensure you have your order number ready when collecting. This service is only available for families of students who attend the chosen school at the time of ordering and is available term time only, when the school is open to receive your order. To take advantage of this service please choose ‘delivery to your school’‘ at checkout.
No deliveries will be made during school holidays. Orders placed for school delivery during the school summer holidays will be delivered in September when school resumes.
