The lead time for standard orders is 10 working days. You will be notified as soon as your order is complete.

We have a standard delivery charge of £4.99 regardless of the size of the order.
If the value of the order is over £100 then delivery is free of charge.
All orders can take up to 10 working days to complete. You will receive an email to notify you when your order is complete. Once you receive this email please allow another 2-3 days for delivery of your order. We use a secure courier who will require a signature on delivery. The courier has been instructed not to leave the parcel in a safe place and must always obtain a signature.
If the courier cannot deliver your parcel a calling card will be left to let you know another attempt will be made. If there is another failed delivery attempt the parcel is returned to the store. Once the parcel has been returned we would have to charge again for another delivery attempt.
You will be Texted or emailed with a 2-hour delivery slot of when you order is due to be delivered.
We will send you an email as soon as your order is complete. Once you receive that email please make your way to the store to collect your order. Please note you must wait for the “your order is complete” email before trying to collect your order. Please make sure you have your web order number and the correct name that the order was placed under when collecting your parcel as we may refuse collection if these details do not match.
If part of your order is ready for collection we may decide to send this to you with any items to follow.
This is because the item we are waiting for may be out of stock of a while and uniform may be needed especially in August and September.
This means any items to follow will be subject to collection from the showroom.
If you need to exchange an item with us this needs to be returned in a sealed bag with your returns and exchanges form inside.
We will then need to quarantine your parcel for 72 hours after which we will open it up and process your exchange or refund for you.
This can be several ore days depending on our stock levels.
Once your exchange is completed this will then need to be collected from the showroom.
If you would like this sent to you again then another delivery charge will need to be paid.
