New sponsorship deal announced

Founded in 1996, Edinburgh Rugby are one of two top tier professional Scottish rugby teams. Edinburgh has formerly been known as Edinburgh Reivers and Edinburgh Gunners. They play all their home matches at Murrayfield Stadium, and compete in the Pro 12 but failed to qualify for the first European Rugby Championship now that there is only one spot for Scottish teams. Although never winning a European cup, Edinburgh were the first Scottish team to make it to the quarter-finals in the Heineken cup in 2003 and more recently made in to the semi-finals in 2012.

Edinburgh include current Scottish international players Ross Ford, Tim Visser and David Denton in their ranks. Former notable players include ex All Blacks captain Todd Blackadder, Nathan Hines and Scotland’s record points scorer Chris Paterson.
