How much will my order cost?

Due to the huge range of services and items available we will quote on an individual basis, please do not hesitate to contact us for an accurate quote of your requirements

I don’t live locally, can you deliver my order to me?

Yes, we are able to send your order by courier, a very secure method of delivery that requires a signature.

When do I have to make payment?

If you are collecting your order from us payment will be required on collection. If we are delivering goods to you via courier, payment will be required prior to goods being despatched. You may be eligible for a 30 day account, please enquire.
 
Setting up a username?
 
Once you reach the check out page you will be asked if you want to set up a username and password. This enables you to log in on your next visit to this site. You will be able to view your purchase details making shopping on-line even easier and faster for repeat orders. We will also securely save all of your contact and delivery details from previous orders saving time at the check out as you will not be asked to enter these again. Your contact details and delivery address can of course be change if you so wish.
 
How long will my order take?

If you allow 10-14 days for your order to be completed. We do have maximum control over orders placed therefore if you have a more urgent requirement we will endeavour to complete it to the time scale that you request.

What is the minimum order?

If you wished to purchase through our website there is a minimum order of £10 but we do not have a minimum order if the order is placed through our showroom.

Can we see a sample first?

We can print or embroider you a sample for you to see before we embroider or print it onto any garment or item.

I have very rough artwork, can you work from this?

Yes, our design team will come up with some ideas for your approval

Do you have any stock designs?

Yes, we have a large selection of stock designs for both printing and embroidery.

How many colours can my embroidered design have?

Our machines embroider designs in up to 15 colours

Are there any set-up fees?

There could be a once only set-up fee, we quote on an individual basis once we have seen your logo.

I’m not sure about what sizes to order, can I see a sample?

Yes, we have a showroom at 4 Maunsell Road, St Leonards on Sea, East Sussex, TN38 9NL, we are open Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm & Saturday 9.00am-12.30pm. We hold a large range of samples for sizing, feel free to ‘pop’ in to see us at any time.
